Cubs to register.
Come and be a part of the Summer Activity Days - pick
from one of 4 camps.

Calling all Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts,
Venturing Crews, LDS Young Women and any other youth age 14
or older - Dan Patch District is looking for help with
Stations and at Head quarters this summer at out Day Camps
for Cubs.

Training!!!! Walking
Den Leaders, Station Leaders, Youth Volunteers, Staff
- Note below listed training dates. You are
asked to attend one of the sessions for your position before
the camp.
Youth
Protection:
We ask that
all adults and staff members attending Day
Camp complete Youth Protection training.
Questions about completing the online course
should be directed to Northern Star Council
at 763-545-4550. Youth Protection training

Walking Den
Leader Training (WDL):
We will have
training for the Walking Den Leaders on
Thursday, 5/15 and
Thursday, 6/19. We
ask that all Walking Den Leaders attend
ONE of these sessions prior to
your camp date. The session will run from
7:00 pm - 9:00 pm each
night, and will explain camp procedures and
policies, what the WDL's responsibilities
are, pass out adult t-shirts and come up
with den cheers. Training will be held at
the Burnsville LDS Chapel on Southcross
Drive, which is the same building that CBD's
RT's are held at. (651 East Southcross
Drive, Burnsville).
Station
Leader, Camp Aid, Youth Volunteer and Other
Staff Training:
We also
encourage Boy Scout, Girl Scout and
Venturing participation as camp staff. We
utilize the older kids to help the adults at
the stations and to help at HQ. The
training sessions for the Station Leader,
Camp Aid, Youth Volunteer and other
staff members will be held on
Thursday, 5/29 at 7:00 pm - 9:30
pm and on
Saturday, 6/7 at 9:30 am - noon.
We ask that all Staff members - Station
Leaders, Camp Aids, Youth Volunteers, and
anyone else serving as a Staff member in any
capacity attend ONE of these
sessions. Training will be held at the
Burnsville LDS Chapel on Southcross Drive,
which is the same building that CBD's RT's
are held at. (651 East Southcross Drive,
Burnsville)

Twins Scout All Night
July 18th starting at 7:10pm and goes until around
5:15am the next morn!
Start the evening in the left field
(Home Run Porch) watching the Twins take on the Texas Rangers.
After the game go on the field and enjoy: Inflatable activities,
whiffle-ball batting cage, dugout pictures (bring your camera!)
and more! When you get tired - pull out your sleeping bag
and spend the night on the Metrodome playing field. Don't
forget - the new stadium is coming - this will be the 2nd
to last time to participate in an overnight at the Metrodome.
